About Lydia Parker, LLC

After founding her first nonprofit in 2019, Lydia quickly became the Executive Director. In just three years, Hunter of Color became the foremost, nation-wide, BIPOC-focused conservation nonprofit. During this time, she honed her skills as a leader, speaker, anti-racism coach, and writer, and raised over $1M while expanding her reach to over 200,000 individuals in 18 states.

In 2024, Lydia decided to bequeath leadership of her nonprofit to her board of directors so that she could share her passion for solving problems and serving others. Since then, she has been an integral part of the development of two more nonprofits, and two for-profit businesses.

Her experience and drive, coupled with her vision and compassion make her the capable leader you need on your team for the development or expansion of your business.

If you are a current nonprofit or business executive looking for an extra, reliable hand; or, if you are an individual with a business/nonprofit idea and need help getting it off the ground, Lydia is your new best asset.
